Echo Investment has been present on the Wrocław market since 2006 when the construction of the Pasaż Grunwaldzki shopping and entertainment centre was launched. In 2012 the investor completed the construction of the ‘Przy Słowiańskim Wzgórzu’ residential project which is located on Jedności Narodowej Street in the city centre.

2013 saw the completion of two stages of the Aquarius Business House office building at the junction of Swobodna Street and Borowska Street. The construction of another office project called West Gate is also in progress on Lotnicza Street.
