The first stage of the Grota 111 residential complex includes 100 apartments with areas ranging from 27 to 97 sqm which are possible to combine. The ground-floor apartments have gardens while apartments located on upper floors have spacious balconies, terraces or loggias.

The building also includes two-storey apartments which provide an opportunity for a unique design of a larger area. In addition there are some utility rooms available as well as 122 parking spaces, most of which are located in the underground car park.

Grota 111 is a retreat for the residents. Wisely designed transport solutions, an underground car park and communal areas for children and adults make the project comfortable to live in. Harmonious colours, tall windows and unique balustrades as well as carefully selected greenery give it a friendly character.
